Hey, I'm going through prolotherapy this Friday for my shoulder and clavicle. Having read your prolotherapy post, I was wondering if it actually helped with your knee problem? I'm worried I'll spend the money but not see any real results...
Well, now that I look back on how much pain I used to be in (constant, by the way), I think that it actually might have helped. I mean, between the prolotherapy sessions I did and the Platelet Rich Plasma therapy, I have gotten better. Somewhat.
Just “somewhat.” Not a whole lot.
