So I started pain and torture physical therapy again yesterday on my knee. I got my daily exercises, one of those rubber bands for stretching, and intructions to avoid using stairs too much (HAH! I live in a townhouse and sleep on the very TOP level) and to give myself ice massages before bed. It already hurts like a mofo.
